CIRT Membership

Members of the Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) meet periodically to discuss issues associated with the CIRT or with a particular critical incident. Members of the CIRT will be required to complete a training program at least once a year. The CIRT membership will consist of the following persons or designee and a back up in each area:

  • Recreational Sports
  • Residence Life
  • Special Events Facilities
  • Student Activities
  • Student Counseling Service

On-Call Person

The CIRT On-Call Person will be available by pager through the University Police Department Dispatch - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On-Call duties will rotate between the following individuals:

  • Tara Boyle, Offices of the Dean of Student Life
  • Tracey Forman, Department of Disability Services
  • Cynthia Hernandez, Office of the Vice President of Student Affairs

  • Otis McGresham, Student Assistance Services
  • DesirĂ©e Rieckenberg, Student Assistance Services
  • Jeff Stefancic, Office of the Dean of Student Life
