Critical Incident Response Team

CIRT Membership

Members of the Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) meet periodically to discuss issues associated with the CIRT or with a particular critical incident. Members of the CIRT will be required to complete a training program at least once a year. The CIRT membership will consist of the following persons or designee and a back up in each area:

  1. Vice President for Student Affairs
  2. Student Life
  3. Corps of Cadets
  4. Memorial Student Center
  5. Multicultural Services
  6. Recreational Sports
  7. Residence Life
  8. Special Events Facilities
  9. Student Activities
  10. Student Counseling Service
  11. Student Health Services

Other Campus & Community Representatives

  1. Athletics
  2. Blinn College
  3. Brazos Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross
  4. Evans Library
  5. Environmental Health & Safety
  6. International Programs
  7. Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost
  8. Security and University Police Department
  9. TAMU Federation of Aggie Mothers' Clubs
  10. Student Financial Aid
  11. University Relations
  12. Transportation Services

On-Call Duty Person

The CIRT On-Call Duty Person will be available by pager through the University Police Department Dispatch - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week while school is in session. On-Call duties will rotate between the following individuals:
