CIRT Membership

Members of the Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) meet periodically to discuss issues associated with the CIRT or with a particular critical incident. Members of the CIRT will be required to complete a training program at least once a year. The CIRT membership will consist of the following persons or designee and a back up in each area:

On-Call Duty Person

The CIRT On-Call Duty Person will be available by pager through the University Police Department Dispatch - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week while school is in session. On-Call duties will rotate between the following individuals:

Gary Booth, Assistant Director of Student Life
Tara Boyle, Coordinator of New Student Programs
Tracey Forman, Program Coordinator, Disability Services
Cynthia Hernandez, Assistant to the Dean of Student Life
Mike Krenz, Assistant Director, Residence Life
Jeff Stefancic, Coordinator of Student Conduct Services
John Wickline, Coordinator of Student Assistance Services
