Incident Response Team
Texas A&M University
CIRT Membership
Members of the Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) meet periodically to
discuss issues associated with the CIRT or with a particular critical incident.
Members of the CIRT will be required to complete a training program at least
once a year. The CIRT membership will consist of the following persons or
designee and a back up in each area:
Division of Student Affairs
- Vice President for Student Affairs
- Student Life
- Corps of Cadets
- Memorial Student Center
- Multicultural Services
- Recreational Sports
- Residence Life
- Special Events Facilities
- Student Activities
- Student Counseling Service
- Student Health Services
Other Campus & Community Representatives
- Athletics
- Blinn College
- Brazos Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross
- Evans Library
- Environmental Health & Safety
- International Programs
- Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost
- Security and University Police Department
- TAMU Federation of Aggie Mothers' Clubs
- Student Financial Aid
- University Relations
- Transportation Services
On-Call Duty Person
The CIRT On-Call Duty Person will be available by pager through the
University Police Department Dispatch - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week while
school is in session. On-Call duties will rotate between the following
individuals:
- Risa Bierman, CIRT Coordinator / Assistant Director of Student Life
- Gary Booth, Assistant Director of Student Life
- Tara Boyle, Coordinator of New Student Programs
- Tracey Forman, Program Coordinator, Disability Services
- Cynthia Hernandez, Assistant to the Dean of Student Life
- Mike Krenz, Assistant Director, Residence Life
- Jeff Stefancic, Coordinator of Student Conduct Services
- John Wickline, Coordinator of Student Assistance Services
