Student Travel


Having access to current information is an essential factor in the University's ability to effectively respond to a critical incident involving Texas A&M students. Therefore, information concerning organized student travel should be submitted at least one working day prior to departure. 

All student organizations for which departments in the Division of Student Affairs have any type of advising relationship are required to submit travel information.  In addition, program organizers or sponsors for any other organized student travel that meets the criteria specified  in the Texas A&M Standard Administrative Procedure on student travel are also required to submit travel information.  (NOTE: individuals or groups traveling abroad must also complete the Study Abroad Online Application prior to their departure. )
